"The NFL is becoming a circus, and when it a circus there becomes clowns". Good line, harsh!, but good.
I do think the NFL is a microcosm of society. Every generation rebels against the generation before it, but the difference with the NFL is that a new generation comes into the league every year. It was also mentioned that the NFL is always trying to get someone younger and cheaper. That is global business right now (outsourcing to 3 world countries for cheap labor). Its seems we are in a society shift. So the key is how do you fit into this shift, weather your in the NFL or any other work situation. You have to put value on yourself, and the easy thing to do is to shine the light on yourself (me first), so everyone sees you "endorsements, promotion etc". But i think that phase is coming to an end (we are all tired of the me first guy). Whats next is the question, because ownership rarely changes, but player/employees do. So its up to the players and employees to produce the change wanted. Great video!!
