I'm a football player from Germany studying business and learning Chinese for a couple of years now. I've already been to Shanghai and did an internship there. I bought a hat from cafepress.com com saying "lao wai" on the front since you get that to hear a lot in China and I liked the idea.

Now here's the deal: my head coach was all over the hat the moment he saw it. He said that he would so wants a like that, with the wrinkle it would say "Master of the Cover 3" (certain defensive coverage in football) in Chinese instead of "lao wai".
His girlfriend noticed and not turned to me to find out how you say that in chinese and which signs you use to say that.

I would truly and greatly appreciate it, if you could think of this and e-mail me the answer to triathlete@gmx.de. I can view and write in Chinese on my pc. This would be such a great gift for my coach for x-mas. Again, I would sincerely appreciate your help.
